Harvey, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to partner with go-to-market leaders and own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations across North America.

You will drive velocity, build diverse pipelines, and advise hiring managers on market conditions while preserving candidate experience. The role sits within the North America Business Recruiting team, reporting to the Talent organization.

Formación

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with GTM or business functions in a high-growth tech company.
• Proven ability to partner with senior hiring managers and influence decisions using data.
• Strong sourcing toolkit and creative pipeline-building in competitive markets.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and RevOps.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers, lead intake meetings, and calibrate expectations.
• Drive process improvements and track recruiting metrics to inform decisions.
• Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
