Harvey is building a generational AI-powered platform for legal and professional services, and we’re hiring a Senior Business Recruiter to scale GTM hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Ops in North America.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, partner with senior leaders, and drive faster, higher-quality hiring with data, process rigor, and a candidate-focused experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company.
• Experience supporting GTM functions (Sales, CS, RevOps, Partnerships).
• Ability to partner with senior hiring managers and influence decisions with data.
• Strong sourcing toolkit and pipeline-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and RevOps — sourcing through close, across North American locations.
• Build and maintain high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Serve as strategic partner to hiring managers: intake meetings, calibration bars, market conditions, reset expectations.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence, identify bottlenecks, implement scalable workflows, track recruiting metrics.
• Manage multiple open requisitions with high-touch candidate experience and aggressive hiring timelines.
