Harvey is building a faster, category-defining GTM organization and seeks a Senior Business Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations across North America. You will move quickly, partner with hiring managers, and push for pipeline quality with speed and candidate experience in mind.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with GTM or business functions at a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to partner with senior hiring managers and influence decisions with data.
• Strong sourcing toolkit and proactive pipeline building in competitive markets.
• Excellent project management with multiple requisitions and attention to detail.
• Clear, confident communication with high emotional intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and RevOps.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Serve as strategic partner to hiring managers, calibrating expectations and market conditions.
• Drive process improvements and track recruiting metrics to inform decisions.
• Manage multiple requisitions while delivering a high-touch candidate experience on aggressive timelines.
