Cohere is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeking a creative, high-performing Talent Partner to recruit world-class GTM talent for a fast-growing enterprise AI company. You will own the full lifecycle, partner with hiring leaders, and help shape recruiting strategies in a remote-friendly, hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of GTM recruiting experience, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for diversity and AI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams (startup experience a plus).
• Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure in fast-growth environments.
• Natural influencer, enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
• Loves data and uses a data-driven approach to recruiting.
• Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusive recruiting.
• Curious about AI, NLP, LLMs and cutting-edge research in the space.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM at Cohere.
• Ensure world-class candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruiting strategies.
• Provide market insights to inform decisions and strategy.
• Maintain recruiting funnels in Ashby and report progress regularly.
• Source proactively to optimize top of funnel and build diverse pipelines.
• Build relationships with diverse tech communities and talent networks.
• Lead and own talent projects and represent TA at events and conferences.
