Qualifications
- 8+ years of GTM recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing skills, experience with Boolean search.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Find and attract world-class talent to clients.
- Utilize deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
- Embed with client culture socially and professionally.
- Partner with stakeholders to demonstrate value of strong talent practices.
