Unframe is seeking a GTM Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for our go-to-market teams across the US. You will source top sales and GTM talent, partner with hiring managers to define profiles, and drive an excellent candidate experience in a fast-growing AI company.

This remote role offers nationwide scope and ownership from day one as we scale with Fortune 500 customers and bold growth plans.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting GTM roles in the US.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive talent.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and interview teams.
• Excellent communication, process management and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the US.
• Build strong sourcing strategies and proactively engage high-quality passive candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes and hiring plans.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through offer stage.
• Act as an ambassador for Unframe, communicating our mission and culture to candidates.
• Bring structure, pace and organisation to the hiring process in a fast-moving scaling environment.
