Job summary

Cohere is seeking a creative, high-performing go-to-market talent partner to join our expanding Talent Acquisition function as we scale. You will own full lifecycle recruitment for GTM roles and partner with hiring managers to build effective strategies.

You will ensure a world-class candidate experience, stay on top of market insights, and proactively source talent to strengthen the top of the funnel. This role is remote-friendly with opportunities to engage across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams.
• Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure in a fast-growing startup.
• Natural influencer who collaborates cross-functionally and uses data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM roles.
• Ensure world-class candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft effective recruiting strategies.
• Stay updated on talent market insights to inform decisions.
• Maintain recruitment funnels in Ashby ATS and report progress regularly.
• Proactively source and recruit to optimize top of funnel.
• Build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities.
• Take ownership of talent projects and related initiatives.
• Attend and represent TA at industry conferences and plan networking events.
