Cohere is a security-first enterprise AI company expanding its Talent Acquisition team globally. We are hiring a creative, high-performing Talent Partner to recruit world-class GTM talent and help scale our growth in Canada and the US.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and contribute to strategic sourcing while supporting our inclusive, remote-friendly culture and multiple offices worldwide.

• 8+ years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams.
• Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure in a fast-growing scale-up.
• Natural influencer and enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
• Loves data and takes a data-driven approach to recruiting.
• Passionate about diversity, community, and equitable recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM at Cohere.
• Ensure candidates have a world-class recruiting experience with us.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft effective recruiting strategies.
• Stay updated on talent market insights to inform decisions.
• Maintain recruiting funnels in Ashby ATS and report progress.
• Source proactively to optimize the top of the funnel.
• Build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities.
• Take ownership of other exciting talent projects.
• Represent Talent Acquisition at conferences and organize networking events.
