Cohere is seeking a skilled Talent Partner to join our GTM team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for world-class GTM roles, sourcing top talent and shaping strategies with hiring managers.

This is a remote role open to applicants in the United States, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and inclusive hiring practices. You will collaborate across teams, manage the recruiting funnel in Ashby, and contribute to onboarding and candidate experience.

• 8+ years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams.

• You influence cross-functionally and love data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM at Cohere.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience.
• Develop effective recruiting strategies with hiring managers.
• Keep recruiting funnels up-to-date with ATS and provide insights.
