• Data-driven approach to recruiting and decision-making.
• Passion for diversity, community, and equitable processes.
• Curious about AI, NLP, and cutting-edge research in the space.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM roles at Cohere.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft effective recruiting strategies.
• Stay updated on talent market trends and insights for informed decisions.
• Manage recruitment funnels in Ashby and report progress regularly.
• Proactively source top candidates to optimize funnel performance.
• Build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities.
• Lead talent projects and drive ownership of initiatives.
• Represent the Talent Acquisition team at industry events and conferences.
