Job summary

Inspira Education Group seeks a GTM Systems Manager to scale revenue operations in our NYC office. You will partner with sales, marketing, and student success to improve workflows, implement scalable CRM solutions, and enable data-driven decisions.

This hands-on role focuses on HubSpot, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in operations roles, startup experience, and a strong background in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
• Experience in a startup environment and scaling teams (<50 employees).
• Solid HubSpot reporting and dashboards experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to boost operational excellence.
• Define, develop, and implement sales/marketing/student success systems.
• Ensure data accuracy in HubSpot CRM and maintain documentation.
