Job summary

Blue J is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Systems to own the architecture, health, and roadmap of the GTM tech stack across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will lead a small team and partner with operations to prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities include defining long-term architecture, ensuring reliable integration with billing and data warehouses, and optimizing for scale, while driving AI-enabled improvements across GTM workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM Systems, Rev Ops, or related function.
• 3+ years leading a team in a systems/operations environment.
• Experience in SaaS with GTM systems interacting with billing, data warehouses and AI-enabled tech.
• Hands-on with Salesforce; Salesforce cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term GTM architecture and roadmap.
• Lead configuration management and project pipeline for GTM systems.
• Oversee vendor relationships, renewals, and budget alignment.
• Build scalable processes for GTM Systems team and triage requests.
