Job summary

depthfirst is seeking a GTM Engineer to architect and ship data-driven GTM systems in a fast-growing security AI company. You will connect product usage data to Salesforce, automate lead routing, and build data foundations to scale across marketing, sales, and customer success.

You will write code, work with APIs and data, and own systems from design to operation. This role offers autonomy to select tools and drive reliable automation as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience building data pipelines, integrations, or production systems.
• Fluent in SQL and able to work with APIs, schemas, data models, databases, Salesforce, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations and data pipelines connecting Salesforce, product data, marketing platforms, sales tools, and other internal systems.
• Design the GTM data foundation including data models, Salesforce architecture, APIs, pipelines, and data warehouse.
• Automate operational workflows such as campaign ingestion, lead routing, enrichment, attribution, follow-up tracking, and CRM updates.
• Build lightweight internal and customer-facing applications, including enablement, account-health, and product-analytics tools.
• Replace brittle, manual workflows with maintainable and testable systems that can be extended as the business evolves.
• Make GTM data trustworthy and accessible, giving teams a reliable view of performance.
• Work with GTM teams to identify bottlenecks, translate needs into technical solutions, and prioritize builds.
• Own the systems you create, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and ongoing improvement.
