Henry Schein One is seeking a remote Manager of GTM Systems to own the lead-to-cash systems architecture and roadmap. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market teams to translate business priorities into actionable plans, while guiding technical direction across the GTM stack.

With deep Salesforce expertise and experience advising senior stakeholders, you will drive a scalable and stable system landscape that enables reps to focus on selling and delivering measurable outcomes for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or business systems.
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
• Working knowledge of leading sales productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and execution of lead-to-cash GTM systems.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Go-to-Market teams to translate priorities into a systems roadmap.
• Own enterprise architecture underlying GTM technology stack.
• Lead architecture direction with Principal Architect to translate priorities into design.
• Scale and maintain system stability while expanding capabilities.
