LeanScale, Inc. is seeking a GTM Operations Engineer to lead CRM systems design and implementation for fast-growing startups. You will customize Salesforce/HubSpot, manage data, and build automation to support marketing, sales and customer success.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as CRM admin, Salesforce/HubSpot certification, and a hands-on approach to integrating tools and delivering data-driven insights for exec leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as CRM System Administrator (Salesforce Lightning or HubSpot).
• Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator Certification is required.
• Proficient in CRM configuration, data management and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable GTM systems for scaleups.
• Configure CRM objects, fields, layouts, workflows and validation rules.
• Manage user profiles, roles, and access for security.
• Migrate and cleanse data in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Create reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and service metrics.
• Integrate Salesforce/HubSpot with external tools and platforms.
