• Systems Architecture Design & Implementation for startups at various growth stages.
• AI-native builder to incorporate AI across marketing, sales, CS, and partnerships.
• CRM configuration to support business processes (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• User management: roles, permissions, access settings.
• Data management: import/export, data integrity and cleansing.
