Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Business Systems Engineer (GTM) to own the top of the funnel systems in collaboration with Marketing and Marketing Operations. You will drive lead-to-opportunity processes, campaign attribution, and data quality across Salesforce, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud, while delivering scalable integrations and AI-powered automation for GTM workflows.

You will work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, balancing enhancements, bug fixes, and admin tasks, and you’ll translate business

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development and administration.
• Experience with Marketing Operations, lead lifecycle management, and campaign attribution.
• Hands-on CPQ and Revenue Cloud experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex cross-system issues.
• Strong communication across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing to manage campaign attribution and lead routing.
• Own lead-to-opportunity processes and forecast support.
• Build integrations between Salesforce, Marketo, and other GTM systems.
• Design and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Contribute to CPQ workflows: products, pricing, discounts, approvals, quotes.
• Support Revenue Cloud Automation and production issue resolution.
• Explore AI agents to automate GTM workflows.
• Translate BRDs into technical designs and user stories.
• Balance projects, enhancements, bugs, and admin tasks.
