Baseten is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to own admin, configuration, and AI-driven automation across the CRM stack, including Salesforce, Pylon, Outreach, and Sales Navigator. You will partner with GTM leadership to scale systems as the field grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM systems, RevOps, or sales/business systems — owning platforms end-to-end.
• Experience building AI and automation on top of a CRM — you've built agents or automations that update and maintain CRM data.
• Hands-on adminship across a multi-tool GTM stack (support ops, engagement, prospecting, and enrichment).
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and data model — enough to co-own the CRM.
• Enablement mindset — you care whether the field uses what you build and run adoption programs.
• Experience owning vendor relationships, renewals, and license planning.
• Judgment on process — you balance structure that helps the field with speed.
• Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies, scaling systems as the field grows.

Responsibilities

• Own adminship, configuration, and enablement for Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect.
• Run adoption, license forecasting, and vendor management for each system; manage renewals.
• Co-own Salesforce; partner with another GTM Systems Manager and back up Deal Operations.
• Build AI and automation on top of the CRM; stand up agents and automations to keep data clean.
• Drive adoption and measure success by actual usage and outcomes.
• Right-size the process to scale the company without slowing the field.
