Job summary

MNTN is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Systems Delivery to lead the team delivering high-priority Salesforce and GTM technology initiatives. You will guide solution design, build a strong team, and stay close to the work to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You'll report to Revenue Operations & Systems and collaborate with Salesforce Foundation, AI Engineering, and Platform/Data teams to maintain standards and accelerate value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years across Salesforce, business systems, GTM tech, or enterprise apps.
• 2+ years leading Salesforce, business systems, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Current Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder cert, plus hands-on Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Own expedited GTM systems delivery from intake to design, build, test, launch and stabilization.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team with clear ownership, standards, and growth plans.
• Translate executive priorities into 2–4 week delivery cycles with defined scope and done criteria.
• Manage capacity and tradeoffs; escalate when demand exceeds capacity.
• Partner with RevOps leads and stakeholders for acceptance while your team handles design and delivery.
• Ensure platform standards with Foundation team and Salesforce Architect; minimize customization.
• Coordinate AI-related requests with AI Engineering and Analytics teams without owning their scope.
• Use metrics like cycle time and defects to improve delivery performance.
