Job summary

SingleStore is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to own the end-to-end revenue tech stack, ensuring data integrity and delivering actionable insights. You’ll lead Salesforce configuration, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and finance.

You will design the systems strategy, manage governance, and drive improvements across revenue processes, analytics, and enablement programs in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Certified SFDC Administrator with 3–5 years of hands-on admin experience.
• Experience with marketing automation and marketing analytics (HubSpot, Google Analytics).
• Advanced Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) preferred.
• Strong technical expertise and business acumen across end-to-end revenue processes and technologies.
• Experience with system implementation and application support with project management skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives by defining objectives and translating into system configurations.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for revenue decisions and performance tracking.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment with multi-tasking and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration, configuration, and integration of Salesforce across the GTM stack.
• Define and maintain the systems strategy and roadmap.
• Recommend and drive process and system improvements across revenue org.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance across revenue systems.
• Provide reporting and insights for visibility into revenue metrics (spend, pipeline, forecasting).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and customer success to align objectives and deliver tech solutions.
• Provide training and day-to-day support, including documentation and user guides.
• Own Salesforce configuration changes (Flow, rules, objects, layouts, dashboards).
