Job summary

Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, seeks a Senior Manager to lead GTM Growth Strategy efforts. You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to define, activate, and execute initiatives that transform our GTM model, unlock revenue, and optimize costs for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and transformation in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and/or Professional Services at a top strategy consulting firm or high-growth SaaS company.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong combination of strategic thinking and data analysis / logical reasoning skills, with experience developing models and analyzing complex datasets using Excel, SQL, Claude, and Tableau.
• Demonstrated experience leading and working with cross-functional leaders, often in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive execution with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including senior-leader interactions and executive decks.
• Self-starter who collaborates well and builds trust across the organization.

Responsibilities

• GTM Growth & Optimization Initiatives: Lead analysis of sales performance, GTM models, and market opportunities; identify changes to increase growth and productivity.
• Holistic GTM Transformation: Lead efforts to reimagine the GTM model in collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Business Case Modeling: Develop models to identify topline impact of GTM initiatives with cross-functional leaders.
• GTM Framework Development: Create new frameworks to guide long-term growth across specialization, Solutions, and acquisitions.
• Market Expansion Initiatives: Drive strategic growth into new markets and regional needs; enhance data center strategy.
• Leadership Presentations: Create and deliver executive-ready decks on GTM initiatives.
• Multi-Stakeholder Alignment: Align plans across cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence in execution.
• Broad Relationship Building: Build relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, Finance, Product, and Business Technology.
