Job summary

Storable is seeking a Manager of Business Systems to lead the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM technologies across the company. You will manage Salesforce Admins and Developers, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product to ensure scalable, high‑quality systems.

This is a leadership role with hands‑on oversight, prioritization discipline, and a focus on automation, data governance, and release management to drive business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration, development, or business systems roles within SaaS or technology‑driven environments.
• 2+ years of formal or informal people leadership experience.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, including Flows, Apex and LWC (review‑level).
• Working understanding of integration patterns and tools (e.g., Workato, APIs, middleware, HubSpot or similar GTM applications).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce Admins and developers supporting the GTM and post‑sales tech stack across Storable’s verticals.
• Oversee Salesforce design, configuration, and development to ensure robust, scalable solutions with proper documentation.
• Partner with the Director of Business Operations to define the vision and roadmap of the Salesforce platform and related GTM technologies.
• Drive prioritization using MoSCoW, RICE, or effort‑versus‑impact scoring with stakeholders.
• Maintain predictable workflows with intake, triage, sprint planning, and resource allocation.
