Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a hands-on GTM Systems Manager to design, build and optimize the systems supporting the go-to-market function. You will own Salesforce administration and development, automation, territory management, quoting, integrations and release management to help scale revenue operations.

The role reports to the Director of Sales Operations and offers a 100% remote arrangement with a path to hybrid work near our Chicago headquarters.

Qualifications

5+ years as Salesforce Administrator or Developer in B2B SaaS.
Expertise with Salesforce Flow, Enterprise Territory Management and CPQ.
Salesforce certifications listed in qualifications are required.
Experience managing sandboxes, deployment tools, and API integrations.
Strong architectural, data model and governance understanding.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable designs.
Strong project and release management skills with multi-priority delivery.
Excellent communication to sales, operations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain Salesforce Flows for routing, territory and approvals.
Configure Enterprise Territory Management and annual quota loads.
Configure quoting/CPQ and renewals processes and 120-day quotes.
Build/integrate Salesforce with GTM tools such as ZoomInfo and marketing platforms.
Manage Salesforce releases with QA and deployment calendars.
Translate GTM roadmap into technical designs and deliver on schedule.
Establish knowledge-sharing and change-management practices.
Provide input for quote-to-cash and Revenue Cloud assessments.
Support initial AI agent pilots for GTM organization.
