Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a GTM Systems Architect to optimize, scale, and govern Salesforce across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, Product and Finance. You will drive CRM automation, data stewardship and cross-functional partnership to enable operational excellence.

This is a full-time role that can be based at a US hub or fully remote within the United States, with emphasis on onboarding, revenue attribution, and scalable partner workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Salesforce Systems Administrator supporting Sales or Revenue teams.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge including integrations, custom apps/objects, flows and reports.
• Strong documentation and ability to communicate with all levels of the org.
• Solid data management skills with SQL/SoQL and advanced reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Salesforce operational and process inquiries across cross-functional teams.
• Triage complex process questions and propose scalable solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine workflows based on business needs.
• Lead UAT for Salesforce enhancements and releases, ensuring requirements are met.
• Maintain and improve Salesforce Partner Ecosystem, Experience Cloud, and revenue attribution processes.
