Job summary

CompanyCam, Inc. is seeking a GTM Systems Developer to design, build, and scale GTM-driven automations. You will own Salesforce automation, develop Apex solutions, and create integrations across CRM and revenue platforms.

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and RevOps to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will design intelligent workflows, optimize architecture, and drive data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM systems, Revenue/Marketing ops, or related tech roles.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience (Apex and automation).
• Experience building integrations across GTM platforms and systems.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, and CRM best practices.
• Experience designing scalable automation workflows in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automations across Salesforce and GTM stack.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, flows, and platform features.
• Build and maintain integrations across CRM, marketing tech, and revenue platforms.
• Create AI-powered workflows and automation leveraging modern tools and APIs.
• Support GTM processes across lead, opportunity, onboarding, renewals, and CS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable tech solutions.
• Work within Jira to implement enhancements and fix issues.
• Improve data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system efficiency.
• Build and support automation using Clay, Zapier, and n8n; maintain documentation.
