CompanyCam is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to own the health of our GTM platforms, including Salesforce, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure systems reflect how the business actually works.

You’ll focus on reliability, data integrity, and user enablement, while driving onboarding and training to empower teams across the business. Remote in U.S.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools, and reporting software.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving ability with experience troubleshooting technical issues.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain core GTM systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement tools) to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability
• Execute system updates, configurations, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs and improve user experience
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions and ensure operational continuity
• Maintain data integrity and governance across GTM platforms, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely data for stakeholders
• Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and data exports to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking
• Collaborate with RevOps and analytics teams to surface actionable insights from system data
• Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, resolving technical issues and fielding system-related inquiries
• Create and deliver onboarding and training materials to ensure users are proficient with GTM systems and aligned on best practices
• Gather user feedback to continuously improve system usability and adoption
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure GTM systems align with business goals and workflows
• Contribute to roadmap planning by providing technical insight on system capabilities and recommending improvements
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to support GTM innovation
