Job summary

Affinity is seeking a Revenue Systems Administrator to design and implement a best-in-class tech stack supporting our GTM teams. You will own Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, manage lead routing, opportunity workflows, and account hierarchies while extending data across Outreach, LeanData, and Tableau.

The role collaborates with Sales, CS, and RevOps to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. You will drive automation, AI-enabled features, and system documentation, ensuring adoption and data

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Salesforce development & administration in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Experience integrating multiple GTM platforms (LeanData, Outreach, SalesLoft, Pardot, Fivetran, Tableau).
• Able to translate business problems into technical requirements and write detailed specs.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude or similar) in GTM workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and automation.
• Manage lead routing, territory, opportunity workflows, and account hierarchies.
• Administer GTM stack integrations and extend data into Salesforce insights.
• Lead or support release cycles with disciplined weekly deployments.
• Train users and maintain system documentation for data hygiene.
