Fireworks AI is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, operate, and optimize the systems powering our revenue engine. You will harmonize tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and Zapier to streamline seller workflows and boost productivity.

You’ll partner with sellers and GTM leadership to ensure data quality, automation, and meaningful signals drive decisions. This role sits at the crossroads of sales tech and process design in a fast-growing, enterprise-focused startup.

Qualifications

5+ years of Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong experience as a Salesforce administrator or advanced user.
Hands-on experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, and Zapier.
Proven ability to design workflows and automation to boost sales productivity.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain the architecture of the GTM tech stack across sales, marketing, and growth.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Harmonic, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, and Zapier.
Design automation workflows that reduce manual work and speed up pipeline velocity.
Ensure enrichment data, engagement signals, and activity history flow across systems.
Collaborate with sellers and GTM leadership to align tooling with real sales workflows.
