Job summary

Affinity is seeking a Revenue Systems Administrator to design and implement a best-in-class tech stack supporting GTM teams, ensuring tools are adopted, performant, and reliable. You will partner with Sales, CS, and RevOps to scope work, validate items, and meet commitments.

The role reports to the Applications Manager and requires ownership of Sales/Service Cloud, GTM integrations, and AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development and administration in a B2B SaaS setting, with production org ownership.
• Experience integrating multiple GTM platforms (LeanData, Outreach, SalesLoft, Pardot, Fivetran, Tableau).
• Analytical mindset with ability to define success criteria and drive solutions, not just requests.
• Active AI tool usage (Claude/Claude Code) in daily work and AI feature delivery in GTM stack.
• Troubleshooter mindset for debugging data and end-to-end automation validation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes and data hygiene across systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and automation.
• Own lead routing, territory management, and opportunity workflows within Sales Cloud.
• Administer case management, queues, SLAs, and knowledge base in Service Cloud.
• Support Quote-to-Cash processes with pricing governance and discount routing coordination.
• Administer GTM stack integrations (Outreach, LeanData, Tableau, etc.) and surface insights in Salesforce.
• Identify AI automation opportunities, implement AI-powered features, and measure impact.
