Job summary

Finix is seeking its first GTM Engineer to architect and operationalize the systems behind its pipeline generation engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, revenue operations, data, automation, and AI in San Francisco, CA.

You will own HubSpot architecture, build scalable GTM data pipelines, automate workflows, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations to improve measurement and funnel visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps, Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops or GTM Engineering within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience building workflows, API connectors, and error handling.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot architecture, automation, attribution, enrichment, routing, and reporting.
• Design scalable lead lifecycle infrastructure and source classification.
• Build GTM data pipelines across paid ads, CRM, product, and third-party tools.
• Create API integrations between internal systems and external vendors.
• Deploy AI-native workflows and agents for prospecting, enrichment, routing, and campaigns.
