Job summary

Pivotal Partners is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to build AI-powered workflows and automation across the GTM function in New York, NY. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Engineering to improve pipeline generation and support rapid growth.

The role focuses on automating outbound, inbound and lifecycle processes, while developing a central AI marketing agent using company content and performance data. Strong SQL/JSON skills and 5+ years in GTM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in GTM systems, growth engineering, RevOps or marketing automation within B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on automation using APIs, webhooks, LLMs and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay or Outreach.
• Comfortable working with JSON, APIs and basic SQL.
• Proven ability to turn GTM challenges into measurable improvements with AI-powered workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.

Growing from 0 - $10M ARR in the first 6 months of selling, we’re looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build AI-powered workflows and automation across the GTM function. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales and Engineering to improve pipeline generation and support the company’s next stage of growth.

• Proven ability to turn GTM challenges into measurable improvements and build AI-powered workflows.
• Strong systems thinking, with the ability to design scalable solutions and work closely with cross-functional and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience building or deploying AI agents in production.
• Familiarity with observability, developer tools or technical B2B audiences.
• Experience training LLM workflows on internal knowledge bases or structured data.
