Job summary

Engine is an AI-native platform powering intelligent travel, delivering go-to-market automation and AI-assisted workflows. We seek a Business Systems Engineer to build, connect, and automate our GTM stack, including CRM and integration layers, using code, APIs, and AI tools.

You’ll collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Growth to ship scalable systems, participate in CI/CD, and help shape how engineering practices evolve in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in GTM / business systems engineering, building, integrating, and automating workflows.
• Comfort writing code and APIs, plus light app work.
• Hands-on with git and CI/CD for production changes.

Responsibilities

• Build and connect systems behind Engine's go-to-market motion (CRM, engagement, enrichment, automation).
• Develop and maintain integrations and internal tooling across platforms.
• Automate workflows using AI tools; ship through Git and CI/CD with proper reviews and tests.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Growth to solve real problems and create maintainable systems.
