Job summary

Productboard is seeking a GTM Engineer who combines a builder’s mindset with learning and deploying new technologies. The role emphasizes AI-enabled GTM tooling and scalable data workflows, with flexibility around which tech exists today.

You’ll shape architecture for AI agents, enable the GTM team, and integrate systems across marketing, sales, and post-sales. Prior GTM automation experience is valued, but curiosity matters most.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within a GTM Team.
• Built GTM automations and agents that have driven pipeline, data quality, or efficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation concepts (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).
• Experience with AI-enabled GTM tools such as Clay, Piper/Qualified, Gong, Salesforce Agentforce, Zapier, Workato, n8n.
• Experience/fluency in Python, SQL, REST, AWS.
• Strong project management and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build or buy GTM technology solutions for the entire GTM organization—marketing, sales, and post-sales—to scale the team’s effectiveness.
• Conceive and deploy agents and automations for outbound, inbound, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement.
• Educate and enable the GTM team on deployed technologies and agents.
• Organize system integrations and data hygiene for clean LLM inputs.
• Support campaign execution including lists, segmentation, assets, email builds, A/B testing, and deployment.
