Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems architecture behind our growing go-to-market organization. You will be the front-line owner of day-to-day requests across Salesforce and connected tools for 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage access, execute enhancements, and elevate complex work to Revenue Operations while aligning with a longer-term GTM systems

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification or active progress toward one, with strong Salesforce fundamentals.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment.
• Familiarity with GTM planning or systems-change cycles and following a project plan.
• Experience with agile/sprint-based workflows and tools like Asana.
• Growing familiarity with GTM tech stack (AI enrichment tools) such as Salesloft/Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay.

Responsibilities

• Respond to team needs and support business outcomes across Salesforce and related tools.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and escalate when needed.
• Triage competing requests, assess urgency and business impact.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and distinguish system issues from guidance needs.
• Balance quick-turn support with longer projects spanning weeks or months.
• Ask why behind requirements and apply lessons to future work.
• Develop understanding of GTM teams and change management implications.
• Handle sensitive business information and customer contracts discreetly.
