Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems behind our growing go-to-market organization. You will be the front-line owner of Salesforce and connected tools for 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage access, implement enhancements, and escalate complex work to Revenue Operations while contributing to a structured GTM systems roadmap and ongoing data governance.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification or active progress toward one, or equivalent experience with Salesforce fundamentals.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment.
• Experience supporting GTM planning or systems-change cycles, with ability to follow a project plan and hit deadlines.
• Familiarity with agile/sprint workflows and tools like Asana.
• Growing familiarity with GTM tech stack and related tools (Salesloft/Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Respond to team needs and provide timely support to enable business outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders; involve senior teammates as needed.
• Triage requests, assess urgency and impact, stay organized in a fast-changing environment.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and distinguish between system issues, user guidance needs, and process gaps.
• Balance quick-turn responses with longer projects spanning weeks or months.
• Ask why behind requirements and apply lessons learned to future work.
• Develop understanding of how GTM teams operate and importance of change management.
• Handle sensitive business information and maintain discretion.
