Peregrine Technologies is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to support Salesforce and related GTM tools for 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage access, and contribute to automation and data governance while aligning with a sprint-based delivery model.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification, active progress toward one, or equivalent experience with a strong grasp of Salesforce fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Triage requests by urgency and impact, balance quick-turn with longer projects.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and differentiate system issues from user guidance.
