Peregrine Technologies in San Francisco is hiring a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems behind our go-to-market org. You’ll be the hands-on owner of Salesforce and connected tools for 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, handling access, issues, and enhancements.

You’ll contribute to a sprint‑based GTM roadmap, run data governance, and seek opportunities for automation, documentation, training, and self-service, thriving on problem solving and balancing urgent

Qualifications

• Salesforce Admin certification or active progress toward one.
• Hands-on Salesforce admin experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with GTM planning or systems-change cycles.
• Familiarity with agile/sprint workflows and tools like Asana.
• Growing familiarity with GTM tech stack: Salesloft, Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay.

Responsibilities

• Respond to team needs and support business outcomes with timely action.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Triage requests by urgency and business impact.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and identify process improvements.
• Balance quick-turn support with longer projects.
• Develop understanding of GTM team operations and change management.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
