Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Staff Strategic Operations Program Manager - GTM to own the end-to-end GTM Engine, coordinating Growth Product, Growth Marketing, Revenue, and GTM Data across multiple regions.

You will maintain living RAID and decision logs, drive decisions in ambiguity, and design planning cycles and launch-readiness checks for four teams to operate on the same customer at the same time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running cross-functional programs, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• GTM systems fluency. Experience with CRM, lifecycle, CDP, or attribution stacks.
• Structured thinking to synthesize multiple inputs into a clear view.
• Strong structured communication across stakeholders and teams.
• Bias to action; ownership and accountability in ambiguous situations.
• Low ego; behind-the-scenes collaborative contributor.
• AI fluency; demonstrated automation of work processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the program: plan, milestones, dependencies, and handoffs across Growth Product, Growth Marketing, Revenue and GTM Data.
• Maintain RAID and decision logs, surface data signals, and present options to leaders.
• Clarify ownership and drive decisions through ambiguity with productive conflict.
• Build the operating system: design planning cycles, reviews, and launch-readiness checks.
