Mercury is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to build a new GTM Engineering function within an established product organization. You will shape its technical direction and turn its early GTM engine into dependable production systems, starting with a team of 2-3 engineers.

Working closely with Product, Data, Marketing, and Revenue, you will connect product launches to GTM workflows, measure outcomes, and drive improvements.

Formación

• Strong experience in GTM engineering or growth engineering.
• Professional engineering management experience with hands-on coding.
• Practical experience using AI to build software or improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Set the technical strategy for Mercury's GTM engine and integration with marketing, sales and data systems.
• Build orchestration to turn product launches into coordinated workflows across channels.
• Improve inbound/outbound sales motions by identifying, enriching, routing signals and actions.
• Build measurable, dependable workflows with monitoring to evaluate results and learn.
• Use AI to improve GTM workflows, guiding prototype to reliable use with human review.
