The successful candidate will push through ambiguity, clarify ownership, and prepare leadership reviews, while designing cycles and dashboards that keep four teams aligned and moving quickly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-functional program experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• GTM systems fluency with CRM, lifecycle, or CDP experience.
• Structured thinking and communication with a bias to action and low ego.
