Mercury is seeking a Staff Strategic Operations Program Manager for GTM to own an end-to-end program across Growth Product, Growth Marketing, Revenue, and GTM Data. You will build the integrated plan, manage dependencies, and drive decisions in a complex, fast-paced fintech environment.

You will design planning cycles, dashboards, and a single source of truth so marketers, sales leaders, and data scientists can read and act with confidence.

Competenze

• 7+ years running cross-functional programs, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• GTM systems fluency. Experience with CRM, lifecycle, CDP, or attribution stacks.

Mansioni

• Own the program across Growth Product, Growth Marketing, Revenue, and GTM Data.
• Maintain RAID and decision logs; clarify ownership and drive decisions.
• Design planning cycles, reviews, and launch-readiness checks for four teams.
