Job summary

Affim is a remote-first company delivering predictable payments over time with no hidden fees. The Revenue Team drives growth by partnering with Product, Legal, Rev Ops, and Pricing to design rollout groups and equip the field—CSMs, AEs, and TAMs—with repeatable processes.

The Role: Lead GTM operations for a product line, turning high-level inputs into executable plans, building target lists, and tracking adoption across the field while identifying risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, revenue or sales operations in FinTech or SaaS.
• Experience owning a go-to-market motion end to end from rollout to adoption.
• Ability translating product and pricing strategy into field-ready execution.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market operations for field teams and pricing activities.
• Translate inputs from Product, Legal, Risk, and Pricing into executable processes.
• Manage the AI contract dashboard for pricing eligibility.
• Build tools and playbooks for contract renewal, pricing standardization, and GTM.
• Navigate launches from exec view to customer value and field analysis.
• Gather field feedback and turn it into cross-functional recommendations.
• Analyze performance data to spot launch risks early.
