Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an experienced lead for go-to-market operations within the Revenue Team.

This individual contributor will own GTM motions end-to-end for a product line or segment, turning high-level product and pricing inputs into executable field actions and adoption plans. You will partner with Product, Legal, Risk, and Pricing to design rollout groups, craft playbooks, and enable the field with scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations or Rev Ops, ideally in FinTech or SaaS.
• Experience owning a go-to-market motion or customer-facing initiative end to end, rollout through adoption.
• Ability to translate product and pricing strategy into practical, field-ready execution.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Client Success, Sales, Analytics, Legal, or Pricing.
• Strong analytical instincts using adoption and performance data to guide actions.
• Clear, action-oriented writing and speaking.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving fast without waiting for instruction.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market operations for field teams executing on strategic initiatives - segmenting potential customers and managing the legal and pricing operations.
• Turn inputs from cross-functional stakeholders like Product, Legal, Risk, and Pricing into an executable process.
• Manage affirm’s AI contract dashboard for field teams to understand legal and pricing eligibility for product initiatives.
• Build and maintain tools and playbooks the field needs for strategic initiatives, including contract renewal planning and pricing standardization.
• Navigate different stakeholder perspectives and translate into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
• Sit close to the field and turn feedback into concrete recommendations.
• Analyze performance data to identify launches at risk and flag early warnings.
