Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team seeks a GTM Strategy and Operations Manager II for the Pace organization to partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partners to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
• Experience with core business operations (annual planning, headcount management, business reviews, target setting).
• Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
• Experience using SQL and spreadsheets to analyze data and deliver insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions with actionable analytical insights to increase productivity.
• Be a trusted advisor to leadership, communicating and solving complex business challenges.
• Run and improve operations by launching programs, setting goals, streamlining processes, and optimizing resources.
• Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and milestones.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract insights and develop dashboards to monitor health.
