Job summary

Google is seeking a GTM Strategy and Operations Manager II for the PACE organization within Google Cloud. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partners to plan, strategize, and run the business, define priorities, and ensure cross‑functional alignment.

You will build planning rhythms, design territories, monitor performance with dashboards, and deliver insights using SQL/Looker to drive growth and operational excellence across enterprise GTM efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
• Experience with core business operations (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting).
• Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
• Experience using SQL and spreadsheets to analyze data and deliver insights to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions with scalable analytical insights.
• Be a trusted advisor to leadership, solving complex business challenges and supporting priorities.
• Run and improve operations by launching programs, setting goals, and streamlining processes.
• Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract insights and develop automated dashboards.
