You will help with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the rhythm of business activities. You will provide insights, align cross-functional partners, and turn early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of technical project management or customer-facing experience.
• Experience leveraging analytics to influence leadership and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Influence executive-level decision-making on priorities and growth opportunities.
• Be a trusted advisor to leadership, solving complex issues and communicating clearly.
• Design and execute change management strategies across the field.
• Improve operations by launching programs and optimizing resources.
• Support fiscal planning cycles and ROI monitoring of initiatives.
