Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a GTM Strategy and Transformation Lead to define, land, and execute on key priorities that drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity across multiple regions.

You will help with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans, and manage the rhythm of business activities while providing insights and cross-functional alignment to evolve early ideas into growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, land and execute on our key GTM priorities to drive operational excellence, growth and productivity.
• Assist with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the rhythm of the business activities.
• Provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive strategic partnerships and execute new initiatives.
• Align company priorities with day-to-day operations and evolve early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives.
• Play a role in influencing executive-level decisions and change-management activities.
