Google Cloud is seeking a GTM Strategy and Transformation Lead to define, land, and execute key priorities that drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. You’ll help with planning, territory design, expansion plans, and rhythm of business activities, delivering insights and aligning cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on aligning priorities with day-to-day operations, shaping partnerships, and launching new initiatives to drive future growth in a dynamic cloud market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Influence executive-level decision-making on core business decisions and growth opportunities.
• Be a trusted advisor to leadership, communicating and solving complex business issues.
• Design and execute change management strategies across the field with HR, learning, and enablement teams.
• Improve operations by launching programs, setting goals, and optimizing resources and cadences.
• Support fiscal planning cycles and monitor ROI of initiatives.
