Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Lead on the Cortex Strategy team to drive CEO priorities and shape GTM strategy for a fast-growing SaaS business within Enterprise sales. You will lead a team of strategists, partner with senior stakeholders, and influence decisions that impact growth and investments across Cortex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a tier-1 management consulting firm (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain).
• MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent 'direct promote' credentials from a consulting background.
• Proven experience with GTM strategy projects within the B2B software industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of winning strategies for Cortex and the broader Cortex GTM.
• Architect business strategy in partnership with business leaders (Northstar, initiatives, exec/board updates).
• Lead cross-functional teams in strategic projects to unlock growth and effectiveness.
• Drive business reviews and cadence to support leaders (e.g., QBRs).
• Develop metrics, analytics and reporting to support sales plays (net-new logos, cross-sell, territory insights).
• Provide subject matter expertise on system/process enhancements (NPI/UAT, Renewals Datamart).
• Go-to-market / Programs: design/launch sales plays and programs to hit goals.
