Palo Alto Networks is scaling its GTM Strategy organization and seeks its next Strategy and AI-led Analytics leader for the Cortex portfolio. The role shapes the future of our agentic AI SOC platform with hands-on GTM strategy and analytics experience in Enterprise Tech and cybersecurity.

As a Principal, you will balance big-picture thinking with execution, influence the C-suite, and mentor cross-functional teams while delivering AI-driven reporting and scalable analytics across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in Biz / GTM Strategy, data analytics, product operations, and related fields.
• Proven ability to design and run cross-functional operating rhythms at scale.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive leaders.
• Hands-on experience applying Generative AI and ML to business operations.
• Advanced data literacy with BI stacks (Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake).
• Technical fluency in SQL, Python and data tooling.
• Automation mindset with CRM data integration (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Define Northstar metrics and strategic initiatives; advise on resource allocation.
• Coordinate GTM launches, narratives, collateral, packaging, and positioning.
• Leverage AI insights to identify market opportunities and refine ICP.
• Lead cross‑functional AI projects to unlock growth and outcomes.
• Design the GTM cadence with quarterly reviews, and weekly pipeline checks.
• Align Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance on GTM targets.
• Forecasting, quota/territory reviews, and incentive input.
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign processes for executive visibility.
• Develop AI-driven reporting and automated narratives for leadership.
